A Greeting From the Administrator

Welcome to Saint Gerard Catholic Church!

Saint Gerard is a personal parish for African-American that was founded in 1946 by the Redemptorist Fathers. Throughout its history, the parish has opened its doors to people from different backgrounds who speak different languages: English, Spanish, Kirundi and Swahili among others. However, we all have received the same faith in Jesus Christ that brings us together as we follow Him.

We hope and pray that you will experience the welcoming spirit of our community because we are all united in Christ our Lord. Hopefully, the information in on our website will be helpful for you. Please, be sure our clergy, staff and parish volunteers are willing to assist you in any way we can.

We praise to God for calling us to walk together and to sit around the table of the Lamb.

Let us pray for one another,

Fr. Julio Reyes

Administrator
